What I cannot do
I cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. This site sells nothing and handles no payment: tickets and tours are booked on GetYourGuide, and GetYourGuide manages them. To change a date, obtain a refund or recover a lost voucher, use your confirmation email or your account. I have no access to your bookings.
Nor am I the monument. I cannot open a museum for you on a closing day, find a lost item, register a school group or tell you whether a ceremony will close the great courtyard tomorrow: for all of that, contact the Army Museum, 129 rue de Grenelle, Paris 7th. What is useful to me
An opening time that has changed, a hall closed for works, a blocked stair up to the relief maps, a guided tour that did not leave when it said it would, a ceremony that closed the great courtyard for a whole morning: those are the messages that make this site better. Tell me the date you visited, I will check and correct the page in question. Readers’ corrections are the only thing that stops a guide ageing badly.
The questions that come up most already have their page: opening hours, do you need to book, which entrance to use, and what is free. If you are torn between formats, the comparison says so plainly.
